Your Commitment
- Nine months of monthly group coaching sessions, participating in your cohort’s growth and learning.
- Each session will be 90 minutes in length
- Putting principles into action between coaching sessions and reporting back to your cohort.
Lauren is an advisor, coach and keynote speaker. She works with CEO’s, professional athletes, and fortune 500 companies through national speaking engagements, workshops and consulting. Prior to opening her own consulting practice, Lauren served as the Mental Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Yankees. She received her Masters Degree in Performance Psychology from National University. Organizations Lauren has worked with: New York Yankees, US Women’s National Soccer Team, IMG Academy, PGA/LPGA Golfers, Olympians, Google, MassMutual, Square, FBI, Chase Bank, Johnson & Johnson and various others.
